Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Energy & Utilities, Retail and Transport sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the fell 0.23% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Mutakamela Insurance Co (), which rose 9.94% or 0.90 points to trade at 9.95 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Fisheries Co. () added 9.92% or 5.90 points to end at 65.35 and Salama Cooperative Insurance Co () was up 9.90% or 0.81 points to 8.99 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Mawarid Manpower Company SCJSC (), which fell 4.00% or 4.20 points to trade at 100.90 at the close. Arabian Mills for Food Products () declined 3.58% or 1.76 points to end at 47.42 and International Company for Water and Power Projects (ACWA Power) () was down 2.97% or 5.90 points to 192.60.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 206 to 118 and 24 ended unchanged.
for August delivery was down 3.74% or 2.69 to $69.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, for delivery in September fell 3.84% or 2.90 to hit $72.60 a barrel, while the August contract rose 1.20% or 48.70 to trade at $4,096.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.14% to 4.28, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.76.
